After we receive payment from the buyer, we will email transfer instructions to both you and the buyer. You and the buyer will then individually complete and return the Transfer Form and other required documentation.
Once the Ticket Office has approved your seat transfer, we will send payment to you for the sale price less your seller fee. If your seat transfer cannot be completed for some reason, we will send the buyer a full refund.
Because we hold the money during the transaction, we guarantee that you will get paid once your seat transfer has been approved.
This guarantee does not cover the sale of any tickets which occurs directly between the buyer and seller.
