What are Seat Location Rights?
If you purchase Seat Location Rights from a current season ticket holder, you become the new season ticket holder for those exact seats for all future seasons. The Ticket Office will invoice you for the season tickets each year for as long as you continue to purchase the season tickets. The previous season ticket holder will no longer have any rights to those seats. The listing price is ONLY for the Seat Location Rights and does not include the cost of any tickets.

What is a Club Lease?
Seats in the Club require Club Leases. During the term of the Club Lease, you are obligated to purchase the season tickets each year or you must transfer your Seat Location Rights and Club Lease to someone else. Club Leases come with price protection, meaning that your season ticket price is fixed for a certain number of years, then your season ticket price cannot increase by more than a certain percentage each year. Offer Accepted after December 31st - Will Buyer Receive Tickets?
Any offer that is accepted after December 31st will result in the season tickets being shipped directly to the seller. The buyer will arrange the purchase of any tickets for the upcoming season or remainder of the current season with the seller during the transaction process. The seller automatically retains the rights to any home playoff tickets for the current season, so you and the seller will need to arrange for the payment and delivery of playoff tickets if agreed.
Transfer Process and Transfer Fees
Transfers completed through the Indianapolis Colts Transfer Marketplace are accepted YEAR ROUND. After we receive payment from the buyer, we will email transfer instructions to both the buyer and seller. Parking Passes
Parking passes are NOT transferable, but the seller can sell the current season parking pass to the buyer if the seller has already purchased the parking pass from the Ticket Office.
ADA Seating
Certain seats at Lucas Oil Stadium are designated for use by persons with disabilities and their companions. Under both Indiana and Federal law, it is unlawful to interfere with the rights of any individual with a disability to have access to such seats at Lucas Oil Stadium. Accordingly, persons who are not disabled, other than companions of persons with disabilities, are prohibited from purchasing and using tickets for such seats. Any purchase of tickets in violation of this prohibition is subject to rescission.
